Together in the group we learn how easy a bmovement-supporting handling can be. We get to know the (fine) signs of our little rascals in order to be able to better interpret their states of consciousness. We also offer you first movement and play experiences. There is also a place for the important exchange among each other and current parenting issues. Postnatal and relaxation exercises are included in the hour. A compact first offer for you and your little rascal.
